PAYMENT All Payments must be made in full before a place is reserved. If full payment is not complete, a place will not be reserved. All payments must be made in GBP. All bookings are subject to a non-refundable £50 administration fee (This is included in the course price)
CANCELLATIONS If a cancellation is made more than 28 days before the course begins, the fees paid to that point will be refunded, minus the £50 administration fee. If a cancellation is made within 28 days of the course beginning, we will be unable to refund any fees paid. All cancellation notices must be made in writing. A refund will not be made in the case of ‘non-attendance’ on the day We make every effort to run all courses offered, but if a course should be cancelled and an alternative is not available, all fees paid will be refunded.
TRANSFERS If you have made a booking, paid for a course, and wish to change in order to book into alternative course, this must be done two weeks before the course commences. We will be unable to accommodate any changes after this date. Transfers are be subject to availability.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE While we make every effort to provide the best service and revision courses possible, there will inevitably be times when customers feel we are not meeting our own high standards. We take all complaints very seriously and will always investigate and take action on complaints.
All complaints must be submitted in writing to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Complaints made by other methods will not be investigated. Complaints may take some time to investigate. Registering a complaint does not entitle a customer to a refund. Money returned, if any, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
GENERAL These terms are covered in accordance with the English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If a situation arises that has not been covered by these Terms, we reserve the right to take any fair and reasonable action that we think appropriate.
